GUARDS EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORM

All our security guard are in proper and neat uniforms equipped with Issued license and tested firearms, other equipment that may be necessary during the course of their performances for a better, smooth and efficient result can be issued after a thorough security assessment of our area of responsibility.

Basic needs such as raincoats, rain boots, night stick, flashlights, logbooks, handheld radios and etc. will also be provided so that duties are rendered efficiently.

TRAINING AND COORDINATION

We shall provide extensive and continues training on the performance of their duties in your area of responsibility. We shall extend assistance to the management in the effective and efficient security program.

Aware of the need for continuous close supervision and monitoring of the guard’s performance, unscheduled or unannounced post to post inspections by our competent inspectors will be maintained to ensure the highest level of protection possible

ROUND THE CLOCK OPERATIONS
The agency operates on 24/7 policy. Staff and officers will be available regularly including Sundays and Holidays to check on operations and assure our stakeholders that urgent matters are addresses the soonest time possible within the day at the most.

REGULAR MEETINGS AND CONSULTATIONS

MONTHLY GENERAL FORMATION
General Rank Formation is being conducting (at the head Office or any approved venue per AOR) every first Saturday of the month for a swift gathering and dissemination of information and inspection to the ranks.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS
Performance assessment is conducting by our onsite personnel and necessary rewards are giving to performing personnel and necessary rewards are giving to performing personnel. We will be giving heavy weight by our stakeholder assessments.

COUNSELING SERVICES
We have trained personnel who will be available for counseling of our on-site personnel.
