BRIEF HISTORY

OMNIBUS SECURITY AGENCY is a sole proprietorship, was created In the heart and mind of our excellent founder Mr. BOANERJES M. HARA II And duly registered Private Security Agency with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) with registered No. 12020203 date October 03, 2019.

Private Security Agency License to Operate (LTO) was also granted by the Philippine National Police Security Agency and Guard Supervision Division (PNP-SOSIA) on January 28, 2020.

To establish, manage, operate and maintain a private Security/detective/investigative agency for the sole of engaging in

The business of selling, contracting or leasing private security services within the entire Philippines.

SECURITY PERSONNEL

OMNIBUS Security Agency has been established, organized and operating nationwide in accordance with the law of Republic of the Philippines by the virtue of the license to operate by the Philippine National Police – Security Agencies / Guard Supervision Division (PNP SOSIA). Our pool security consultants are also experienced in handling all kinds of problem in as far as industrial Security and Management is concerned and willing to assist our guards and personnel in the pursuance of their duties on extreme agencies.

Our security guards and officers possess the necessary license after fulfilling all the qualifications and training requirements under Republic Act 5487, as amended, otherwise known, ‘’the Private Security Law’’. However, if there are other or separate training to be conducted by your office prior deployment of our security personnel, we are more than willing to comply with it for the benefit of all concerned, our clients/s in particular, after training; we also conduct pre-posting orientation to our guards that will satisfy the requirements of a certain client.
